Marco A. Cueva, D.D.S., M.S.
Marco A. Cueva, D.D.S., M.S. was born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil. He attended the Federal University of Parana receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1988. Dr. Cueva completed three (3) additional years of training in periodontology and dental implantology at Camillo Castelo Branco University in 1991 and maintained his private practice limited to Periodontics and Dental Implants until 1999 when he began his training at Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Cueva completed his Periodontal Residency in 2002 receiving his Masters of Science Degree in Oral Biology with certification in Periodontics from Texas A&M University Health Science Center – Baylor College of Dentistry.
Dr. Cueva is Board Certified by the American Board of Periodontology. He is an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University Health Science Center – Baylor College of Dentistry and served as the Assistant Director of Post Doctoral Graduate Periodontics until November 2007. He is a frequent guest lecturer to State, National and International Dental Societies and various organizations on subjects of Periodontics and Dental Implants. He is a published author of articles and textbook sections relating to Periodontics and Periodontal Plastic Surgery. Dr. Cueva maintains his private practice limited to Periodontics, Dental Implants and Oral Medicine in Plano, Texas.
Dr. Cueva has three children Maria, Marco and Maura. He is active in his Church, loves to go to the Amazon for mission trips serving others and the lord. When he is not working, what he enjoys the most is spending time with his family as much as possible.

Lucy Nagashima, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Nagashima is proficient in complex full mouth rehabilitations, implant restorations, fixed and removable prostheses (single or multiple crowns and bridges), restorative procedures (fillings), teeth whitening and is invisalign certified.
Additionally, she is highly trained in cosmetics, temporomandibular disorders (TMD), and more.
Rigorous training and experience give her a special understanding of the dynamics of a smile and the preservation of a healthy mouth.

Valerie
PRACTICE MANAGER
Valerie brings over 20 years of dental experience to our office. Valerie has worked in several positions in dentistry starting her dental career as a dental assistant and has been an insurance coordinator, treatment coordinator and manager. She has a passion for dentistry but most of all a passion for patient care and team leadership. Valerie has training in Excellence in Communication, Ultimate Team Building, Team Leadership, Maximizing Team Performance and has been a member of American Association of Dental Office Managers. She loves organizing, problem solving and working to make our office more efficient as well as providing excellence in customer service.
Valerie is a boy mom to 2 amazing young men & a grandmother to 2 beautiful girls and in her free time enjoys spending time with family & friend as well as dancing salsa and bachata.
Christelle
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Christelle is a born and bred Texan who has been with our team since 2019. She brings energy and passion to her role as a dental hygienist and the relationships she makes with her patients since graduating from Collin College in 2013. She loves that the dental field gives her the unique opportunity to meet people and change lives with a healthy smile leading to whole body health. When she’s not caring for patients you can find her at home playing piano or watching football with her husband Jared and 2 sons Rylan and Weston.
Carolyn
INSURANCE COORDINATOR
Carolyn is our sweet and sunny insurance coordinator. Carolyn is passionate about dentistry, hard working and dedicated. Carolyn has 26 years of dental experience. She is a Registered Dental Assistant with experience in general and specialty dentistry. Carolyn is a native of Kansas and honorably served in the US Navy. She and her husband enjoy an active lifestyle with their dog “Chi.”
